1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QuantileCull website, or by participating in the Design Partner program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Evaluation License

During the Design Partner program, QuantileCull grants participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to evaluate early builds of our local culling application. The evaluation is free and intended solely for feedback purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the QuantileCull software, models, website, and assets belong exclusively to QuantileCull. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the local culling application.

4. Limitation of Liability

QuantileCull provides its evaluation software on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, catalog corruption, or business interruption arising from the use of our pre-release local builds.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Design Partner program, website availability, or access keys at any time without prior notice or liability.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
